Our story began in 2021 - when a dwarf hamster was brought to our founder, Cameron Burgess, in a cracker box. From our humble beginnings with Timbit, we quickly realized the need for rescue and advocacy in our community. Specializing in education and outreach, we strive to raise awareness about responsible pet ownership and the unique needs of small animals. As a foster-based rescue, we provide a safe and nurturing environment for our furry friends, but we also go beyond adoption. Occasionally, we take in animals as forever sanctuary residents, providing them with a lifetime of love and care. Today, with a dedicated team of volunteers, we continue to create happy endings for rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, mice, rats, chinchillas, and gerbils, making a lasting impact, one tiny paw at a time.
